• It helps in increasing the volume of the data which can be processed quickly.
• Also, performance of the system depends on how much load any system can hold.
• Hence performance tuning refers to increasing the load of the system without any decrease in performance.
• Thus performance tuning refers to change the original system in a way that it can take more load with the same performance.

  Hardware tuning:

• For viewing the performance of the system, many things are taken into consideration.
• Hardware plays an important role in performance of the system.
• Therefore, hardware tuning refers to the change in the hardware devices of the system so that the after changing it, the performance must be improved.
• The hardware tuning can be implemented by increasing hardware capacity, hardware processing speed or any other performance factors.

  Transaction tuning:

• Transaction refers to performing various actions of data accessing, data size, data form that is how the data is stored.
• Transaction tuning refers to change in the data related tasks so that it can be done for efficiently than original one.
