The transformation of energy in the process.
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
In a closed system, energy is converted from one form to another.
Car engine driving a generator converts mechanical energy to electrical energy which is stored in the car’s battery in the form of chemical energy. This chemical energy is then again converted into electrical energy in the battery, which is then used by the headlights where the electrical energy is converted into light and heat energy.
