Introduction:

Pollen grain is a microscopic structure that contains the “male reproductive cell” of a plant. It plays an important role in fertilization process. Pollen is a powdery substance and different plant species have different structure and shape of the pollen. Pollen is produced by the anthers of stamens in flower. Pollen grain has two layers one is exine (outer wall) and other is intine (inner wall).
