Question
Chapter 2, Problem 2MC
Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Chemical element posses the smallest components called atom. Atoms are fundamental units of the matter. The total of the masses of individual particles of an atom is termed as “atomic mass”. An atom contains protons, electrons and neutrons. Protons are the part of an atom, contain positive charge. Electron is also a part of an atom, and contain negative charge. Neutron found in the nucleus of an atom, do not contain any charge.
