Introduction:
A surgical procedure, in which tissue is transferred from one area to another in the body, or from other organisms without introducing in its blood supply, is called grafting. A new blood supply develops after grafting procedure. There are four types of grafting that are autograft, isograft, allograft, and xenograft. Grafting can be applied form of skin, bones, tendons, nerves, blood vessels and cornea.

Survivors of detention camps say they were examined to make sure their organs were healthy. One doctor who performed an organ removal recalled how he once extracted an organ from a living person.
