Introduction:
Transplantation is a life-giving medical procedure; thus, it can be prevented due to the typical characteristics of lymphocytes to identify and destroy foreign antigens in graft rejection process. Host rejection of graft involves T-cell-mediated response in response to MHC molecules while graft rejection of host typically caused by the occurrence of graft versus host disease (GVHD).
