  Moles of sodium phosphate=(1.50 mol L-1)×(2.0 L)=3 mol

  Sodium phosphate in water dissociated as follows: Na3PO4(s) 3Na+(aq)+ PO43(aq)

Total number of ions =(3+1)=4

Total number of moles of ions =(4×3)=12

Conclusion

  Moles of sodium chloride=(1.50 mol L-1)×(3.0 L)=4.5 mol
