Drivers have a predefined responsibility of filling delivery report accurately to avoid financial losses as we as loosing on customer relationships. There is a team of 5 drivers and 1 of them is the major contributor for mistakes that happen in filling the delivery report that is about 60% of whole mistakes. Second driver contributes to 30% and Third drive contributes to 10% of the mistakes. Rest two are with no errors in filling the report. So being a delivery manager how will you handle the 1st employee?
