Any one of the variables of this gas can be found out if other fine variable is known.

Put the values in the formula,

For calculating V2

  P1V1T1=P2V2T2

On rearranging,

  P1V1T2T1P2 = V2

Putting the values,

  V2=P1V1T2T1P2V2=1.05atm × 459ml × 288K 300K × 0.997atmV2=1.05 × 459 × 288300 × 0.997V2=13880162991=464.2ml
