Introduction:

Here grievance redressal mechanism and complaints against Roger Jacobs, manager, new product development. Over 10 years of incidents are rising and HR director Burton is concerned and wants a full-scale investigation into a plethora of complaints against Jacobs. Since complaints are rising but due to good business numbers, senior management appears to have overlooked the complaints. Again, one disgruntled employee has escalated the matter to senior management, so management has decided to conduct a detailed investigation through Harry Rull, new VP Marketing for 15 days thought has a vintage of 30 years with the company.
