Concept Introduction: If ABC Company wants to require the quality and efficiency of the production team then, they have to improve the efficiency of the planning team and incident management team to achieve the objective. Planning team helps to plan the event and organize all the inventory and resources which are required for run the production linewhereas Incident management helps to handle the incident which are occur in the shop floor during production without interrupting the process. Incident management has four stages i.e. Detection, Diagnosis, Repair, Recovery. Incident management doesn’t perform the root cause analysis (Why incident happens).
