Test the hypotheses at the 5% level of significance. using the following

Step 1: set up NULL hypotheses

Step 2: set up Alternative hypothese.

Step 3: choose the level signifcance and obtain Zcrt

Step 4 :  Calculate  the zobt (using the data and z score)
