Br has the biggest priority because it has the biggest atomic number, and then it's Cl and then F, wouldn't the carbon attached the Br be 1, the carbon attached to Cl be 2 and the carbon attached to F be 3? Then it would be moving in the S direction, but with the H on a wedge, it would be moving in the R direction so it's not right?
