keep in touch and inform him regularly on the progress of his order as there was a strong chance of it
being delivered sooner.
After the product was paid for, Kyle received no communication from the store and when the
product was ready, he was told to pick it up from the store, despite having paid extra to have it
delivered to his home. On the whole, Kyle believes that the customer service of Mr Price Home is
extremely poor and requires major improvement.
