Although the charity fund-raising event went well in terms of meeting the main objective which was to raise money for Tearfund who are a Christian charity passionate about ending poverty (Tearfund, 2017). Different parts of the community supported to make it a success, especially Donna Orphan a community project leader who has experience in planning events to raise money.
The amount of money that was raised was £900 which funded the intended aim of searching for a water supply in Bangladesh. Sadly, this trip was cut short due to security issues; possibly due to poor leadership of the organisation (Your Local Guardian, 2016). However, the plan was implemented successfully by diverting the funds raised to supporting rural schools in

It was relevant for my team to have a sense of meaning, I supported everyone by encouraging each person for ideas together with making sure they always felt listened to and valued.
The capacity to be able to reflect on action to engage in a process of continuous learning (Schon,1983) I feel that being able to reflect on my performance as a team leader plus the feedback that I collected from the team members has helped me to evaluate my performance and what I can do to improve my performance as a

Over time my energy and my commitment helped in becoming a true member of the team. I was also able to play with my specific background to raise interest and engage with others. Lastly, I was always careful in using my interlocutor’s code of communication.
This foundation provides many opportunities to children like Youth Leadership program which brings in leadership skills, teamwork and make them independent. Recently, camp day was passed and all the money collected on this day go to the foundation.
This meant being an active and supportive member. I consistently communicated to my team members about upcoming deadlines or if I noticed any improvements that could be done. Because I am a very supporting and caring person, I wanted to provide my team member with help. I made sure to respond to them as soon as possible whenever they contacted the group chat. For example, one of my team members asked a question about stasis. Although I wasn’t sure about the answer, I was able to guide him to the ELMS module that discussed stasis in order for them to find an answer. In addition, I provided support for one of my team members who recently suffered an injury. I found out the day before we were scheduled to present. Although my other team members didn’t really take his injury into much consideration, I did. I made sure he was okay and able to present the next day. Although, he said that he was going to be fine, I problem-solved by thinking of solutions if he wasn’t going to be able to present. Overall, I was an active member and provided support for my team members to ensure that our work gets

One member of my team seemed to be becoming disillusioned with her role and so I spent some time with her trying to establish the root cause of this.
To overcome these two challenges I had to sell the team on my vision while listening to their ideas. As a team leader, I can assert that achieving my goals is paramount. Yet this doesn’t denote that I would extensively pursue my goals or blindly follow my objectives at all costs. For that reason, I was open to their opinions no matter how different theirs may be from mine. I am proud to say that the outcome of this stage exceeded my expectations; the team was more motivated and evolved from being a group of strangers to a united team with common goals.
Worked to pull team members together into a cooperative, supportive, and highly successful team by engaging with each member for input to taskers and suspenses. Provided support across the program when needed to ensure that the mission is successful. When it was determined that Capability Package Integration needed assistance during VALEX and Execution, I volunteered team members to act as SMEs and Trail Boss members. Worked with my team to develop an organizational culture that fosters teamwork, encouraging them to work with other divisions to ensure that the mission is accomplished successfully; example the ILS support of the Trail Boss Team's efforts. In planning for contract and possible personnel changes, I offered support to other
