Introduction Over the quarter, I have completed 14 self-assessments that have opened my eyes to who I perceive myself to be and how this can affect my future career path. All 14 of these assessments focused on an aspect of my personality that is embedded and seen in how I view situations and how I conduct my daily life. I took the self-assessments very seriously and asked my family members and current housemates for feedback throughout this process. Some of these assessments confirmed my personal thoughts on the matter and few of the assessments opposed and revealed new qualities about myself that I had not thought of. Overall, this was a revolutionary experience and I would suggest thing process to anyone who wants a clear vision of him/herself. I am not a very confident person. I am constantly reassuring myself and double checking everything to avoid any issues. My score on this test was a 28/40, which was a moderate scoring. I thought this was a very accurate score for this self-assessment since I am constantly reassuring myself that I have the knowledge and skills to perform. I struggle with anxiety on a daily basis and this assessment shows how these worries affect my self-efficacy and confidence. Knowing and seeing my score on this assessment has taught me that self-efficacy can be altered. This does not mean that I am stuck with moderate self-efficacy, I am able to make a change and raise my scores. Instead of making me feel worse, this test proved that I do not need to have high self-efficacy to overcome challenges and take risks. My ability for self-regulation is very accurate now that I know that I have to work a little harder to have the confidence to set goals that may be slightly out of
