On 6/9/17 at 1252 Hrs. Officer Villalpando was dispatched to a juvenile problem 1608 10th St. Caller, Nicholas Allen advised that his son, Kaden Boyd (14) who was currently on house arrest, “cut” off his ankle monitor and was last seen getting into a black passenger car. Officer Villalpando arrived and met with Mr. Allen who told him that Kaden had been missing once before while in the Austin area, and that Kaden was involved with the criminal element believing his son is traveling to Austin with an older male, Michael Tabler who had recently been arrested. At 1600 Hrs. Kaden Boyd was listed in NCIC/TCIC as a runaway. Over 3 hours after the initial call. At 1725 Hrs. Sgt. Taylor was advised that that the parents wanted to speak to an officer in reference to Kaden. Sgt. Taylor received additional information that Kaden may be in further danger due to the criminal element he was involved in, and that he had “snitched”. The parent advised that DPS needed the vin number for an Amber Alert. At 1746 Hrs. Sgt. Taylor then notified me through text advising that he was “having a juvenile entered into the amber alert system”. I then arrived at the law enforcement center to assist. I met with Sgt. Carroll and asked him to begin assisting after his briefing. CID Sgt. M. Sheedy was then notified of the incident and responded along with Det. Lee. A-Chief was also at the law enforcement center and was aware of the situation. Summary of Events: Officer Villalpando received information on a possible runaway/missing/abducted child at 12:52 hrs. Taylor and Officer Villalpando provided an appropriate response to a child in danger. I was not able to find an attempt to locate for the child, CID was not notified in which could have assisted, and an Amber Alert was being initiated without approval. Several hours had transpired from the initial call to when the child was entered into NCIC/TCIC. I requested a memo from Sgt. Taylor to clarify the events that transpired during the incident. In the memo Sgt. Taylor acknowledged that he was contacted by Officer Villalpando at 1250 Hrs. and that he advised him to have the child entered into NCIC/TCIC. There was no mention on attempting to locate the child or verify information provided by parents. In the call notes I observed at 1357 Hrs. “Parents have called in multiple times stating officer hasn’t tried contacting them yet, 621 was re-advised of call. When Det. Lee met with parents later that night, they advised him that they did not feel as though officers were trying to help them find the child. On Friday, 17 July 2015, at approximately 1400 hours, I, Officer Allison Bigham, was contacted by a Parks Services Supervisor, Andrew Jones, in regards to an associate who was reported to have their cell phone on them. Jones stated that Miller had already been told to put the phone in her locker; however, she was being uncooperative. After updating Sergeants Frank Long and Charles Drakeford on the situation, I was instructed to pick up the associate, Victoria Miller, and escort her to the South Carolina Interview Room in order to complete a compliance verification audit. On 10/12/17 at approximately 2145 hours, I received a call from James Coe (DOB 11/18/60). I explained to James I was looking for Dustin and he advised that's his son. I asked James if Dustin and he could respond to the police department, and he advised he would.
I then escorted Inmate Staggs to the Durango Medical Clinic. While on the way to medical I asked Inmate Staggs what time he fell in shower? He told me around the time the evening meal was served. I asked Inmate Staggs if the reason he is going to medical was due to a crime committed against him while in MCSO custody? Inmate Staggs said "No." After that I dropped him off at medical. I then went to review the Gentec Security Desk System with Sgt. Salazar B0654.
Dispatch advised that they had received a phone call from "Nina" and that she was walking from 3rd. St. to 7-11 and would meet with officers. Officer Salazar searched in the area of 3rd. St and the 711 conveience store but was unable to locate Ballejo. Det. Taylor attempted phone conversations with Ballejo and Rayburn but was unsuccessful. Det. Taylor did continue communication with Durant who advised that he had communicated with Ballejo and advised that Ballejo and Rayburn was inside the Rayburn's residence.
On 08/07/15 at approximately 1820 hours, my partner (Ofcr. Vanlenzuela No.38161) and I (Ofcr. Nunez No.36181) were working North Hollywood patrol, assigned to unit 15A84 W5. At that time, we responded 10849 Fruitland Dr for an “Attempt 211 Suspect.” Comments of the call indicated the P/R was the wife of the victim Melvin Salinas. On August 23, 2014 Sgt. Lavelle was assigned to the 83 Precinct. She was present for duty at 0800 hours as the domestic violence Sergeant and she conducted several home visits. At 1450 hours she was post changed to the 83rd Precinct desk and she assumed the duties of the 83 desk office. Sgt. Lavelle remained as the Desk Sergeant for the entire tour. On 02/27/2017, I, Dillon Dickerson, badge #155, was working as a Patrol Officer for the Wichita State University Police Department (WSU PD), in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 2300 hours during our shift briefing second shift advised we may have to do some follow up to a case they had earlier in the shift. Officer Ben Gabel #152 was the one who took the case. Officer Gabel advised there was a Battery case which happened earlier in the day. This case involved two students. Officer Gabel said there may be a male student by the name of Mekeal Simmons making contact with WSU PD. Officer Gable stated the female half of the Battery (Jessica Johnson) would be leaving campus around 0130 hours to return to Texas. Officer Gabel advised he told the female half to call WSU PD and we would come out there to make sure she was safe while she packed up her items. Officer Gable also said he was in contact with Chief Sara Morris #113 and she was aware of the case. Officer Gable said if we do have contact with the male to get a statement from him and to contact the Captains or Chief.
On Sunday November 24, 2016 at approximately 16:02 hrs. Officer L Wilkerson and I Ofc. R. Holcomb were dispatched by dispatcher B Coleman to 304 Hopkins Drive in reference to a disturbance. On 07-05-17 at approximately 1307 hours, Officer Park #6800 and Officer Lee #5245 responded to Los Robles Avenue and Villa Street regarding a male, who was seen chasing an elderly male (later identified as Christian Tringali). Tringali then reportedly ran into the Villa Park Community Center and began yelling incoherently at staff members. Tringali was also seen running after a female who was holding an infant child. I, Sgt Noe 1737, arrived on scene to interview the suspect and witness. Suspect stated he attempted to break up a fight when he was attacked by someone he thought was a plain clothes Officer (Bouncer Hunter Knight). Officer Herman was in full uniform. Suspect apologized for his behavior and requested leniency. I observed the suspect to have minor scratches on his face and tazer prongs in his lower abdomen. Witness, Hunter Knight, statement was consistent with Officer Herman's statement. Crimelab was summoned to Ft Sanders for photographs. Officer Herman's car was out of video range and the camera had powered down prior to the incident. When Officer Loveday arrived to assist, the suspect was in custody with no further incident.

On 10/03/2015 at approximately 1947 hrs, I was dispatched to 603 E. 4th St, for report of an out of control juvenile. Upon arrival, I made contact with Alexander Diamond (TX-DL #18984217), Diamond stated, "My 12 year old son Isacc is acting up, he is getting into trouble at school, and is disrespecting me and his stepmother. Could you talk to him for me". I spoke with Isaac a 12 year old boy that is currently in middle school. I advised him to stop disrespecting his parents and to listen to them. Isacc agreed to stop acting in that disrespectful manner. I departed the location no further action taken.
The contact continued for some time with Sgt. Bowden repeatedly telling Taylor he was trespassing on private property. Taylor stated he used to be a police officer in Texas, he knew the law, he was not trespassing and that Sgt. Bowden had no legal authority. Sgt.
