Disturbance On 10/03/2015 at approximately 1947 hrs, I was dispatched to 603 E. 4th St, for report of an out of control juvenile. Upon arrival, I made contact with Alexander Diamond (TX-DL #18984217), Diamond stated, "My 12 year old son Isacc is acting up, he is getting into trouble at school, and is disrespecting me and his stepmother. Could you talk to him for me". I spoke with Isaac a 12 year old boy that is currently in middle school. I advised him to stop disrespecting his parents and to listen to them. Isacc agreed to stop acting in that disrespectful manner. I departed the location no further action taken. EOR.
On Tuesday, September 29, 2015, I, Officer B. McMillon, #135, of the Mansfield ISD Police Department was on assignment at Legacy High School located at 1263 N. Main in Mansfield, Texas 76063. While leaving the 2nd floor AP’s office, I observed Smith, Taylor W/F, D.O.B. 09101999 slap Wells, Sydney W/F, D.O.B 08291999 in her face and they begin to engage in a physical altercation.
On 6/9/17 at 1252 Hrs. Officer Villalpando was dispatched to a juvenile problem 1608 10th St. Caller, Nicholas Allen advised that his son, Kaden Boyd (14) who was currently on house arrest, “cut” off his ankle monitor and was last seen getting into a black passenger car. Officer Villalpando arrived and met with Mr. Allen who told him that Kaden had been missing once before while in the Austin area, and that Kaden was involved with the criminal element believing his son is traveling to Austin with an older male, Michael Tabler who had recently been arrested.
Client Michael R was picked up at Silver Saddle bus stop at 6:45am in transit to Sinagua Middle School, he got off route 11 to waits 20 minutes for route 88 which is his transfer bus to Summit High School. While waiting for his transfer bus he was approached by another student that confronted him about a situation that transpired with Michael and another student that goes to Sinagua. Student made threats to Michael’s family and Michael attacked the other student. Silver Saddle was contacted by assistant principle Mr. Howard who informed staff of the situation and that Michael refused medical care. On 05-11-16 at approximately 1800 hours, I was dispatched to a concerned citizen in the justice training center neighborhood. I arrived at 1810 hours and a white male adult with a mustache approached me, later identified as W01-Walker. He said his neighbor was being a nuisance because the couple living there are always arguing. W01-Walker said, “It is a necessity that you go talk to my neighbors” and “this neighborhood was livable before they moved in.” I radioed dispatch that there was a possible domestic violence dispute next door and told W01-Walker to stay inside. My partner arrived and we went next door.
Investigator Stockwell stated in September, 2015 an allegation of sexual abuse was reported by the victim. Investigator Stockwell stated reports of sexual abuse were made against the child’s step father. The reporter stated a case was open by law enforcement and DHS at that time and the child was placed in her grandmother’s care; Mr. Adams was instructed that he should not have contact with the victim. According to the reporter, on 12/13/15 a call was made to law enforcement to report the child’s mother came to Ms. Smith’s home to pick the child up and take her back to her home. On 10/28/2016 I Officer Mather was called to the office of Assistant Principal Lori Mc Nicol of Goddard Jr. High. Upon entering the office I was notified by Mc Niocl that on 10/12/2016 there was a student identified as Mason Ridge Amason DOB: 07/12/2004 ID# 860200 reported that his phone had been stolen in gym class. A Galaxy S5 silver black in color with AT&T service provider. At that time Mc Nicol reported there was no leads to the phone and Mason father was advised to turn the service off.
The reporter stated on 04/15/16, Lamarshea came to her office with two of her classmates and disclosed to the reporter that she’s being abused by her parents. According to the reporter, the child reports she’s hit frequently with household objects, (sticks, brown handles, and plunger handles. The reporter stated on 04/14/16, Mrs. Giddens accused the child of having a cell phone without her permission. Ms. Anderson stated the child was told to strip naked and whipped on her skin with an extension cord. The reporter stated there were two other adults and children present when the abuse occurred. On 06/12/2016, at approximately 0029 hours, while on an Off Duty detail at Airport Lanes Bowling, located at 190 E Airport Blvd, Sanford. I attempted to make contact with an black male juvenile, who later became known to me as Marcees Kilpatrick (arrestee) to ask him to leave the property for causing a disturbance.
On November 9, 2015 at approximately 6:14 PM, the complainant reported to the Metropolitan Police Department that while home she was involved in a verbal altercation with her son (William Nathan Andrews) hereinafter referred to as the defendant, about him playing his music to loud. The complainant went to turn down the music and the defendant grabbed her by the hair and struck her in the face with his face. The defendant the left and tried to return but the door was lock. At 0700 hours on May 24, 2016, I, Cpl. Lessane, with the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office, responded to Hampton Regional Medical Center, in the county of Hampton, in regards to a juvenile being assaulted at Estill Middle School. Upon arrival, I spoke with Rosezenna Stafford, who stated her adopted juvenile, was assaulted by another juvenile inside of a classroom at Estill Middle School. She advised the juvenile did sustain some injuries in his head area. Juvenile was checked out by the Emergency Room Doctor. Deputy Troy, School Resource Officer was advised of this incident.
During Bonneville CCC Sex Offender Treatment team, I heard a radio transmission come across the radio requesting assistance in the hallway by the yard door. I immediately responded to the incident where Officer Cabanilla and Officer Katsilas had Darcy McDonald #68778, on the floor in restraints. Mr. McDonald was asked to comply with staff and walk to the administration area where he was asked to sit on one of the couches. I retrieved shackles from the staff station to secure Mr. McDonald to the floor.
Dispatch informed me Mike McMorrow, was reporting his son, Kevin McMorrow, was stating strange & threatened him this morning. Mike advised dispatch Kevin was threatening to destroy the house and making odd statements toward Mike prior to Mike leaving. I arrived at the home at 1120 hrs. I located Kevin outside in the driveway smoking. As I parked, Kevin started to walk away from the squad car & he would not listen to me when I spoke to him. Kevin then started walking around the house & would not stop to speak with me. I advised dispatch Kevin was entering the woods as he then walked into the tree line and onto a small trail.
On 04-25-16 at about 1645 hours I responded to a juvenile problem call at the listed address. Mr. Jimmy Hamon stated that his son, Trevor Hamon, did not come home from school and he missed his seventh hour of school. Before I arrived at the scene Trevor arrived at his residence.
This letter is a follow up on our previous conversations concerning Rages Cedric Sampson temporary placement in my home at this current time. In our pervious conversation beginning on May 5/13/16 that my home be a temporary placement for him to lay his head without any intention of me becoming his primary custodian. On 03/10/2016, MPD units responded to 301 53rd Street, S.E., for an ADW Knife where a complainant had been stabbed multiple times. Patrol units and detectives responded to the scene. When the writer arrived, the complainant was being treated by members of DCFD Medic 27. The complainant who was suffering from multiple stab wounds reported that he was at the school with witness #1 who is his daughter when witness #2 began to bully her. The complainant stated to witness #2 to leave witness #1 alone or he would get her brother to beat up witness #3. Witness #3 made a phone call and moments later, suspects #1 and #2 arrived on the scene and immediately began assaulting the complainant.
