INTRODUCTION: This case involved Christian Tringali being a danger to himself and others. Tringali was transported to the Huntington Memorial Emergency Room where she was placed on a WIC 5150 hold. INVESTIGATION: On 07-05-17 at approximately 1307 hours, Officer Park #6800 and Officer Lee #5245 responded to Los Robles Avenue and Villa Street regarding a male, who was seen chasing an elderly male (later identified as Christian Tringali). Tringali then reportedly ran into the Villa Park Community Center and began yelling incoherently at staff members. Tringali was also seen running after a female who was holding an infant child. On 03-14-16 at approximately 1354 hours, Officer Saunders #7720 and I were dispatched to 1157 N Fair Oaks Avenue for a criminal threats investigation. Officer Torres #8500 also responded to assist with translating Victim Parra’s statement. Dispatch advised that Parra only speaks Spanish.
IN order to increase performance at Pedare Christian College and deliver the best educational outcomes, Pedare Christian college has commenced construction to combine both their junior school and middle/senior school. The school is named this project, onecollege onecampus, in which they will be moving their junior school to the oneplus campus. Pedare have deconstructed their middle school, which was located on the oneplus campus, to make room for the new junior school.
Upon our arrival, a Hispanic male later identified as Juan Navarro opened the front door but not the security screen door of the home. I advised Navarro that I was the North Las Vegas Police Officer and was at his home because of the 911 disconnect. I asked Navarro if anyone else lived in the home to which he responded his three kids and the mother(Miriam Garcia) of his children lived there as well. I asked Navarro if we could speak to them to ensure that they were all in good health. At this point, Garcia came to the door and Navarro told me he would not open the door at that they were all "ok". Garcia then opened the screen door and when she did I noticed Navarro had two fresh diagonal scratches on his neck as well as two small cuts on his neck.
University of North Dakota Men’s hockey player Christian Wolanin held a press conference this Thursday, September 29th. The release focused on his recent run in with a concussion. This concussion happened in practice during three on three drills. The sophomore defenseman was making a pass and couldn’t avoid an open ice hit from behind. Christian said it was, “One of the two or three tough hits in practice,” each year. He also stated, “Guys are smart about it, in hindsight, should’ve avoided being hit.” The incident occurred Friday the 16th of September. He was held out of action the week following the incident. On 11-22-17 at approximately 0942 hours, Officer Calcanas responded to Maple Street and Sierra Madre Boulevard regarding a female seen dancing in the street. Officer Calcanas arrived on scene and saw a female Hispanic, later identified as Ynzunza standing in the street. Ynzunza was reportedly swinging a water container at passing vehicles. The vehicles drove around Ynzunza in order to avoid striking her.
On 10-04-17 at approximately 1200 hours, LA County Clinician Vasquez #433353 and I responded to 275 S. Raymond Avenue, regarding a male running in the street away from police officers. A male White, later identified as Christian Daniel Tringali was running away from Pasadena Officer’s and did not comply with their orders to stop running. Tringali ran into the flow of traffic and was nearly hit by several passing vehicles.
The reporting party (RP) received call from Diego Baca with Kings County CPS, 1400 W. Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA 93230 (559) 852-2345 who reported that on 12/21/16 at approximately 3PM while conducting a placement visit for youth Andrew Yanez DOB: 12/18/01 the youth and the social worker took a walk. During the walk Andrew disclosed that he and a staff member named Shawn Wilcox were involved in an altercation. According to Andrew at approximately 2:45PM he was in the office of the ground home with 2 other staff members named James Boston and Nicole Juarez. Andrew was requesting the staff members to take him to the store to use is Christmas gift cards, when staff member Shawn arrived and asked Andrew to exit the office. Andrew said no because
On 08/07/15 at approximately 1820 hours, my partner (Ofcr. Vanlenzuela No.38161) and I (Ofcr. Nunez No.36181) were working North Hollywood patrol, assigned to unit 15A84 W5. At that time, we responded 10849 Fruitland Dr for an “Attempt 211 Suspect.” Comments of the call indicated the P/R was the wife of the victim Melvin Salinas. Suspect was described as a male black “transient” armed with a knife tried to take a vehicle from the parking garage Inc# 150807003722.
On August 23, 2014 Sgt. Lavelle was assigned to the 83 Precinct. She was present for duty at 0800 hours as the domestic violence Sergeant and she conducted several home visits. At 1450 hours she was post changed to the 83rd Precinct desk and she assumed the duties of the 83 desk office. Sgt. Lavelle remained as the Desk Sergeant for the entire tour. I presented Sergeant Lavelle with a copy of the command log entry for August 23, 2014 depicting the validation of two arrests at about 2040 hours when Mr. Carlton Smith
On 03/25/17 at approximately 1148 hrs, I heard OFC Christensen advise that he was enroute to Fuego for a possible robbery that had just occurred. OFC Christensen’s primary assignment is a Auburn Police Department Mall Officer, for the Outlet Collection Mall. The Mall is located is at 1101 Outlet Collection Way, which is located in the City of Auburn, County of King, and State of Washington. A few minutes later, OFC Christensen advised that the suspects were two young Hispanic Females and possibly a male. He also advised that the suspects were still inside the mall and that Mall Security and he were trying to locate them. Several Officers began responding the mall to assist OFC Christensen.
On 05-11-16 at approximately 1800 hours, I was dispatched to a concerned citizen in the justice training center neighborhood. I arrived at 1810 hours and a white male adult with a mustache approached me, later identified as W01-Walker. He said his neighbor was being a nuisance because the couple living there are always arguing. W01-Walker said, “It is a necessity that you go talk to my neighbors” and “this neighborhood was livable before they moved in.” I radioed dispatch that there was a possible domestic violence dispute next door and told W01-Walker to stay inside. My partner arrived and we went next door.
At approximately 1040 hours, on 27-Jul-15, site security was dispatched by POC to attend Acute 3 for Domestic Dispute. The writer, S/O P.Jo, S/O A.Toor and S/O M.Moradi responded to the call and upon arrival the officers met with one of the clinical staff members, who informed the officers that a lady walked into the unit with two kids, one of the kids was about five year old and the other one was in stroller. The lady told the staff member that someone has been following her for three blocks and they need to call RCMP. After telling this the lady walked into the washroom with her kids, the clinical staffs ran after her and asked her to come out, but she didn’t listen and slammed the door on her face.
The location is a single family residence located at 1735 El Sereno Avenue, on the west side of the street. The incident occurred on the front porch of the victim’s rear residence.
Upon my arrival, I was met by a Hispanic female adult verbally identified as Martha Paredes. Paredes stated that about 1530 hours her son Stephan Paul (06/06/2001) was "jumped" by six students from school (Mojave High School) as he was walking home. Paredes stated that Paul identified one of the students as Christian Medrano(04/18/2002). Paredes then stated she found Medrano's facebook page and was able to locate his address(57 Rosa Rosales Ct). Paredes went on to say that she spoke with Medrano's mother (Alma Fuentes) who stated that Medrano has a history of miss behaving and that if Paredes needed to press charges on Medrano to do so. Paredes then stated that she was going to go to the school on Wednesday in an effort to try and identify the other juveniles involved. Paredes completed a voluntary statement and emailed me a screenshot of Medrano's Facebook page.
On 08/20/2017 at 1002 hours FTO Wheeler #4361 and I responded to St. Luke’s Hospital emergency room entrance, on 3555 Cesar Chavez St., regarding a women in a hospital gown trying to break the caller’s vehicle window with a brick. Officer Wheeler and I were in full police uniform driving a marked patrol unit when we responded.
