On Monday chef Shawn came in and talked about his career being a chef for about nine years now. He went to la cordon bleu college of Culinary Arts in Orlando Florida to get to where he at now in his career. What I learned from him was some very interesting key points like eating at certain restaurants and certain foods that would be healthy. He was telling about how if the restaurant is empty it's not meant for you to eat there maybe the food is not as good as you may think if there is no one in there.
