The story unfolds at the Dreamworld park in Queensland .They were 4 adults and 2 children, all of them are related. They were riding a The Thunder River Rapids a thrill attraction in the Dreamworld. During the ride, the raft was malfunctioning. Two adults were thrown away from the raft, while other two were trapped on the conveyor belt. Two kids, age 10 and 12 were able to free themselves from the ride. Luckily those two kids survived. Police have been notified about the accident. Before this semester I always knew there were many characteristics and deferent types of leaders. Typically when I thought of a leader, I would think of a team leader. A leader that involves the creation of a vivid picture of its goals, where it is heading and what it will stand for. The vision inspires and provides a strong sense of purpose and direction.
