All the systems in the human body are vital to our survival and well-being. If you take away the functions of just one of these systems our whole body will cease to work properly. The main systems of the human body are the nervous, endocrine respiratory, circulatory, immune, digestive, excretory, skeletal, muscular, and the reproductive systems. They all work together in harmony and unison to keep us alive. The nervous and endocrine systems are what control most of the body. The nervous system includes the brain, spinal, cord and nerves. Without the respiratory system our body would just be an airless lump. The circulatory and immune systems are two very closely related systems. The circulatory is composed out of blood vessels, the heart, and blood. The immune system is made up of white blood cells and various lymph nodes. Basically, most of the immune system is found inside the blood of the circulatory system. The circulatory system provides the body with blood. It gives the kidneys of the digestive system something to filter and picks up nutrients from the small intestines. It also picks up air from the lungs of the respiratory system and provides the brain of the nervous system with blood, along with the rests of the body. Protection from wounds in the integumentary system is also provided by the circulatory system which has platelets that aid in blood clotting and forming scabs. The immune system protects all the other systems from disease and helps them from being attacked by viruses and bacteria. It also aids the ears of the nervous system with some very protective earwax. The circulatory system provides us with life fluid while the immune system protects that fluid and the rest of our body. The digestive and excretory systems help the body with the wonderful task of food. The digestive system is composed of the stomach, mouth, liver, pancreas, and the large and small intestine. It digests food and provides the

The endocrine system uses your circulatory system and hormones to care for your cells and acts more slowly. The reproductive system and endocrine systems use hormones to function. The nervous and endocrine systems are connected by sending information to the hypothalamus and uses the autonomic nervous system to transmit what activity needs to take place in the body. This activity might be what hormones are needed, or what sensations the body feels. The digestive system is the process of turning food that we eat into nutrients that the body uses for energy. This system also creates waste that the body needs to eliminate. We are now going to talk about the journey of food through the digestive system to see how everything works together to reserve the nutrients of the food we take in everyday and how the body removes all the remaining substances from our body.
The digestive, cardiovascular and respiratory system are all interrelated in order to make the human body work effectively and efficiently. The cardiovascular system and the respiratory work together by performing gas exchange which is passing of oxygen from the alveoli into the blood flow and then the carbon dioxide passes trough the blood flow and is breathed out from the body. If gas exchange didn’t take place then it will result in the cells dying. The digestive system is very important in digesting food and breaking it down so it can be digested easily. The digestive system turns food into energy. Throughout the process there are nutrients which are absorbed. There are many things that contributed to the digestive system such as the mouth which produces saliva which helps to break down food and nutrients such as carbohydrates with the help of an enzyme called amylase. The major food groups which are called macro nutrients include carbohydrates, proteins and fats. All of these nutrients play an important role in the body. There are also many micro-nutrients which include vitamins and minerals which provide the body with health and well-being. There many diseases and conditions that can affect the human body, that may be unpredictable. It may affect different systems of the body, and there might not be cure or treatment. The body consists of three main systems the Integumentary System, Skeletal System, and the Muscular System, which help us with our everyday lives. For example, the Integumentary System is the largest organ in the body, which provides protection from viruses and other diseases. Our skin helps regulate body temperature and eliminate waste.
