Every system is connected to each other, in different many ways. In our project microbe an us blood is the number one survival in the circulatory system,. The circulatory system is composed of the heart and blood vessels, including arteries, veins, and capillaries. Our bodies actually have two circulatory systems.In our heart we have a pulmonary circulation is a short loop that goes from the heart to the loops and goes back again. The muscular system connects to the circulatory system. The muscular system is an organ muscular system consisting of skeletal, smooth and cardiac muscles. It permits movement of the body, maintains posture, and circulates blood throughout the body. The respiratory system is connected to the circulatory system,
All of the body systems rely on other systems in order to function. The circulatory system relies on the respiratory system for oxygen delivery. The respiratory system relies on the muscular system for inspiration and expiration. The immune system relies on the circulatory system for movement of cells that provide immune function. All systems rely on circulation for nutrients and on the nervous system for regulatory control. These are just a few examples of how each system is interconnected, there are many more instances. It is important to know the positioning of the organs in each body system because the location of an organ often relates directly to its function and its relationship with the organs around it. The digestive, cardiovascular and respiratory system are all interrelated in order to make the human body work effectively and efficiently. The cardiovascular system and the respiratory work together by performing gas exchange which is passing of oxygen from the alveoli into the blood flow and then the carbon dioxide passes trough the blood flow and is breathed out from the body. If gas exchange didn’t take place then it will result in the cells dying. There are many other body systems that interrelate with each other e.g. the nervous system is interrelated with the muscular system.
Chapter twenty is the last one of the circulatory system and it discussed about the blood vessels and circulation. Blood vessels is the distribution network or the network of tubes. There are three main blood vessels in the heart there are artery, veins and lymphatic. The arteries are all the blood vessels that take blood out from the heart. It tends to be thick, strong and tough because all the blood is rushing through the arteries. The arterioles are like the mini arteries that branch off of the arteries. Capillaries are the smallest blood vessels that comes off from the arteries and physically takes blood, oxygen and nutrients inside the blood to the cells that need it. The system moves pure oxygenated blood in a continuous and controlled way from the lungs and heart so that blood can reaches every cell. Blood travels through a type of network of vessels that include capillaries that permeate every tissue of the body. Once it’s depleted of oxygen, the blood returns to the lungs and heart and the cycle continues.
After much consideration and time to process all of the organ systems in the human body, I feel as if the circulatory system is a significant key element in maintaining homeostasis in the human body. The circulatory system is an organ system that permits blood to circulate and transport nutrients (such as amino acids and electrolytes), oxygen, carbon dioxide, hormones, and blood cells to and from the cells in the body to provide nourishment and help in fighting diseases, stabilize temperature and pH, and maintain homeostasis. The cells that make up the circulatory system include red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets and plasma. These cells are all components of the blood in which the circulatory system acts as a highway for. The circulatory system has various types of tissue that are found throughout it, including epithelial tissue, muscle tissue, nervous tissue, and connective tissue. Epithelial tissue can be found in the structure of the arteries, veins, and capillaries, and it also covers the heart. The main organ of the circulatory system, the heart, is considered a muscle and therefore is largely made up of muscle tissue. The nervous tissue is made up of nerve cell fibers embedded in connective tissue. Nervous tissue is important to the circulatory system because it helps the brain to transmit
The cardiovascular system is a network of arteries, arterioles, capillaries, venules, and veins that move blood to and from the heart, lungs and other body tissues. It can perform many important tasks that are essential to the survival of the human body. When talking about the cardiovascular system, the main organ that is involved is the heart. The heart consists of four chambers that assist in the transport of blood throughout the human body. The right atria receives deoxygenated blood, from the upper and lower systemic circuit of the human body, through the superior and inferior vena cava. The blood is then pushed through a tricuspid valve into the right ventricle. This is where blood is gathered before it is sent into the pulmonary artery to the alveoli of the lungs. The alveoli of the lungs are where the blood receives oxygen. Newly oxygenated blood is then sent back to the heart, via the pulmonary veins. The oxygenated blood from the pulmonary veins empties into the third chamber called the left atria. Next the blood is pushed through the mitral valve into the left ventricle. The left ventricle is the most muscular portion of the heart because it must contract with enough force to send blood back into the systemic circuit, which consists of the head, neck, chest, trunk, and upper and lower limbs (Vorvick, 2017).
The topic of discussion for today is the Cardiovascular System, also known as the circulatory system, is one of the most vital systems in the body. The cardiovascular system is made up of the heart, arteries, veins, capillaries, and blood. The heart is the pump that moves blood through the body. The arteries transport blood from the heart to the body and the veins carry blood back to the heart. The capillaries(tiny blood vessels) is where the exchange occurs between the blood and body tissues. The cardiovascular system, also transports hormones, blood sugar, vitamins, waste and anything else that is produced in one part of the body and travels elsewhere.

This allows non-stop movement to deliver and eject nutrients, gases and waste products through the body. It pumps 5 to 6 liters of blood per minute through your body and can pump as many as 30 liters per minute during times of extreme stress. The cardiovascular system works with the respiratory system to deliver oxygen to the tissues of the body and remove carbon dioxide. The veins are a passageway which white and red blood cells move. White blood cells which defend our body from diseases and illnesses. The red blood cells remove the carbon dioxide from our body and transport it to the lungs. Our heart is very important, if we did not have a system pump blood into our body. The device used is our arteries carry blood from our heart to our other organs. The cardiovascular system contains platelets. Platelets repair any damage done inside of vessels or and helps prevent severe blood thrombus . Imagine if our heart stop pumping blood and deliver oxygen.We also stop breathing and die. The digestive system is composed of smooth muscle organs, which decompose food for their nutrients to fuel the entire body. It works closely with the urinary system, which releases the wastes that the digestive system has broken down and the body could not use. The circulatory system is made up of vessels and pumps that helps transport nutrients and oxygen throughout the body. The vessels and pumps help circulate the blood through the structures of the body systems. The heart is at the centre of the circulatory system. The heart helps pump blood throughout the whole body, and the blood goes back to the heart in a circular motion going round in a circle but it goes around the body and body systems. The cells within the body get their nutrients from both systems.
