In Venn diagram 1,2,5,7,10,11,13,14,17,19,22,23 are neither a multiple of 3 nor a multiple of 4 and it includes both odd number as well as even number.
So if a number is neither a multiple of 3 nor a multiple of 4, then it is odd , this is false.
