Introduction:
A synovial joint is defined as a connection between the two bones. It consists of cartilage that lines the synovial cavity, filled with fluid. It is also known as a diarthrosis joint. Cartilaginous joints can be defined as the joints in which the bones are linked by the cartilage.

An isometric exercise is one in which the joint angle does not change during the application of muscle force. For instance, you can join your hands together, pushing down with one hand and pushing up with the other.
