Interpretation: The type of reaction that occurs between each of the given pair of substances is to be predicted. For each of the molecular equations, balanced equation is to be written. In case of no reaction, No reaction is to be written.
Concept Introduction: In the chemical equation, the substances on the left hand side are reactants and substances on right hand side are products.
In a balanced chemical equation, each type of atom on both sides of the equation are equal.
Reaction that involves the formation of precipitate is known as precipitation reaction. In this reaction, only insoluble compounds lead to the formation of precipitates.
Molecular equation is a type of chemical equation that shows the complete, neutral formula for each of the compound in a reaction.
