database . - Dirty data can contain mistakes like incorrect data associated with a field, spelling or punctuation errors, incomplete or out-dated data, or even data, or even data that has been duplicated in the database.
- Dirty data is also known as rogue data and it can be cleaned through a process known as data cleansing (scrubbing).
