Organization change includes making changes in the culture, technology, procedures, processes and strategies of an organization. In other words, it is the process wherein an organization or large company change its aims or method of working such as dealing with new market or situations.

The change agent provides assistance to help people change in an easy manner. The employees at the lower level exist at the end of the hierarchy ladder, however, they are familiar with the operation of the organization due to which they possess certain influence and power. Therefore, they can be a change agent.
