Introduction: Split-brain is a disorder of the brain. It is caused by malfunctioning of the corpus callosum. Corpus callosum is a tract that joins the two hemispheres of cerebrum. The cerebrum is a part of the forebrain region of human brain. In this disorder, the two hemispheres of the cerebrum are unable to communicate properly.
