Explanation of Solution

To save a whale’s population, it is important to save maximum female whales every year. By this, population growth rate increases at very fast pace. Two other factors are responsible for restoring whale population. They are less interference of humans, and reducing vessel oil spilling. Human activities like hunting whales and hurting whales by fishing tools. This can reduce whale number drastically. So, proper and strict rules should be made against hunting oh whales. Second is spilling of oil. Oil is carried in ship from one continent to another. Sometimes, due to an accident, oil gets spilled leading to making a layer above water. Due to this, sunlight cannot reach the ocean and exchange of gases cannot occur. It results in dying of aquatic plants and organisms. So, there should be some technique to avoid this oil spilling.
