To write:
Two different density independent factors can limit a specific population with two examples.
Introduction:
Density- independent regulation is influenced by factors that affect birth and death rates, such as abiotic factors. These factors affect species and populations.
Explanation of Solution
Density independent factors affects the population. Density independent factors arise from the physical and chemical processes, such as wildfire, flooding, climate, pollution, and other disasters.
These are examples of density- independent factors-
- Wildfire- Wildfire destroys homes, wildlife, timber, and polluting the air with harmful gases. Wildfire badly affects the land for a long time.
- Pollution- Pollutants affect environmental stress and also limiting the growth rate of a population. For example, temperature and acidification. Global warming becomes a problem because of high atmospheric temperature.
The greenhouse gas effect is a natural process that warms the earth’s surface. The main greenhouse gas is carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrogen oxide.
Thus, the density-independent limiting factors are disasters, pollution, and climate change, due to the high temperature in the environment.
