The type of connective tissue which forms the epiphyseal plates.
Introduction:
The dense irregular connective tissue consists the tissue which forms the sheets in body areas. These tissues bears the tension from different directions. Hyaline cartilage is the most abundant cartilage in the body. It provides the support and chondrocytes makes only 1-10% of the cartilage volume. Before the bone formation the embryonic skeleton is formed mostly of the hyaline cartilage.
