Introduction:
Botulism is a serious deadly illness due to the consumption of a neurotoxin called botulinum. This toxin is produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. The toxin ingested by the person suffers from paralysis and have difficulty in speaking, in moving facial muscles, and swallowing.
