Introduction:

The mammals are the organism that carry the babies in their wombs and give birth to the young ones. In initial days, the young ones are fed by the milk produced in the mammary glands of these organism.

Explanation of Solution

The mammals belong to the class Mammalia and all the orders under class Mammalia are very much related to one another. The study of different orders provides the insight of the different types of body structure and behavior of the organism belonging to this class. Also, as there are many similarities in the structure and body function, there are many diseases and the parasites which constitute the major topic of studies of mammals. The study of diseases and parasites helps in determination of different threats to mammalian class. As the humans are also a part of same class, the study becomes even more important for the survival and diseases of the humans.
