Explanation of Solution

Different behaviors based on the use of let, let*, and letrec:

• The let will validates all the bindings with respect to the level. That is it doesn’t consider about order of the list.
• The let* allows all the bindings with respect to sequential manner.
• The letrec allows to bind the recursive call values.
• The following program defines the different behaviors of let, let*, and letrec.
