Interpretation: The sequence of heptapeptide that contains amino acids Ala, Arg, Glu, Gly, Leu, Phe and Ser from the given experimental data is to be predicted.

Concept introduction: The chemical compounds in which carbon atom is bonded to amine and carboxyl group along with hydrocarbon side chain are known as amino acids. The hydrolysis of peptide takes place from Arg or Lys when it is treated with trypsin whereas the hydrolysis of peptide takes place from Phe, Tyr or Trp when it is treated with chymotrypsin.
