To determine: The advantages of bioremediation over other means of cleaning up polluted sites.
Introduction: The word bioremediation has two subparts namely ‘bios’, which means life and ‘remediate’ which means to solve. Bioremediation refers to the use of
To explain: The opinion that whether bioremediation methods be preferred over traditional methods of cleanup if the neighborhood becomes polluted by a natural disaster.
Introduction: Bioremediation refers to the use of biological organisms, such as plants and microbes, to prevent or remove pollution by degrading environmental pollutants. The microbes may be native of that contaminated area or they may be isolated from other place and brought to the contaminated region.

Select one: Improve feed management to increase feed conversion rates Select feedstuffs from foreign countries rather than local sourcesarrow_forwardWhich one of the following sentences is NOT true? Select one: Compared with other land-based food production systems, fisheries and aquaculture have a relatively small overall carbon footprint. Global fish production from capture and culture operations contributed up to 1.5% to the world’s CO2 emissions. CO2 emissions by marine and inland fishing vessels were about 0.5% of the total global emissions. Being a minor contributor in global terms, fisheries and aquaculture have no opportunities to mitigate emissions of greenhouse gases.arrow_forward
