Introduction:
Chromosomes, which carries DNA are the genetic elements of an organism. All the eukaryotic organisms possess their definite chromosome number which makes them unique and differ from other organisms. Humans contain 46 chromosomes. Each chromosome is made of chromatin fibers which are nothing but a long coiled double DNA strand and some nuclear proteins like histones.
