Introduction:

Rabies is a zoonotic disease that has nonhuman reservoirs such as bats, skunks, raccoons, and dogs. Rabies primarily exists in the animals, however, when transmitted to humans, it can cause a much severe infection in humans. Rabies may cause seizures, hallucinations, encephalitis and other symptoms. Further, the person may enter a coma and die due to cardiac arrest or respiratory failure.
