The manager of the customer service division of a consumer electronics company is interested in determining whether the customers who have purchased the washing machine made by the company over the past 18 months are satisfied with their products. The survey asked a series of questions including the following: 1) What is your gender? 2) How many people are there in your household? 3) How many times have you made an in-store purchase of the products made by our company during the past 18 months? 4) How would you rate the quality of your purchase experience with excellent, good, average, poor, or terrible? A random sample of 55 customers' responses is collected.
