Introduction:
Nephron has a microscopic, long tubular structure, which is around 30-55 mm long. It processes the blood and helps in selective reabsorption of water from the blood. The components of nephron are: loop of Henle, glomerulus, Bowman’s capsule, proximal convoluted tubule, renal corpuscle, distal convoluted tubule, and collecting duct.
