  v¯'constant=x'xBt'tB

Using,

  v¯constant=58km/h

  t'tB=1.5h

  x'xB=58×1.5=87km

Hence, the distance travelled by new ship with respect to the initial position A is

  x'A=25+(x'xB)=(25+87)km=112km
