Low density lipoproteins are the type of oil soluble proteins which are mostly present in the diet having high content of saturated fats. The high saturated fat content diet is considered very unhealthy as the fat content is accumulated over the walls of the artery causing plaque in the artery. Due to the deposition of plaque in the artery, it leads to the inflammation of the artery and the artery walls rupture.
