To select: A familiar movement and list the factors that contribute to skilled versus unskilled performance of that movement.

Concept introduction: Qualitative analysis in biomechanics involves studying factors that contribute to skilled and unskilled performances of any movement. Skilled performance enhances the movement and does not cause any stress on the muscles and bones involved. On the other hand, unskilled performance affects the normal movement and causes stress on the muscles and bones involved.
