The blood vessels of both homocysteine and methylmalonate were elevated in the vegan group, lower in lactovegetarian group and much lower in the omnivore group.

Introduction:

The vegans are pure vegetarians who do not eat meat. Lactovegans are the individuals who eat dietary products for the requirement of vitamin B₁₂ in the body. The omnivore group can eat meat from which they absorb high amount of vitamin B₁₂.
