A method “tighten()”

Program plan:

• Define the method “tighten()”,
  • Assign the value returned from the parameterized method “tighten()”.
• Define the parameterized method “tighten()” with the return type of “IntTreeNode”,
  • Check whether the root of the tree is not null,
    • If it is true, assign the value returned from the method “tighten()” to the left child of the root.
    • Assign the value returned from the method “tighten()” to the right child of the root.
    • Check whether the left child of the root is not null and right child contains a null value,
      • If it is true, set the left child of the root to the root of the tree.
    • Otherwise, check whether the left child of the root is null and right child of the root is not null value.
      • If it is true, set the right child of the root to the root of the tree.
        • Return the root of the tree.
