Introduction:

The central dogma states that DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) is converted into RNA via a process called transcription. Conceptually, the process of transcription is known to be straight-forward and the DNA alphabet comprises 4 letters, namely A, T, G, and C, which display the four bases of DNA nucleotides. In RNA, they are A, U, G, and C. Transcription is the process through which RNA is transcribed from the double-stranded DNA. This process occurs in 3 stages.
