Introduction:
Company valuation or firm valuation refers to the process of valuing the company or determining the worth of the company. Adjusted cash flow from assets refers to the cash flow from assets that excludes the tax benefit obtained from debt financing. It calculates the taxes on the earnings before interest and taxes. The values help in determining the value of the company.
Given information:
A company witnesses no changes capital spending, no depreciation, and no changing the net working capital. As there are no changes in the assets of the company, the earnings before interest and taxes in constant.
