Decision made by the employer:

An employer can offer the candidate who has two years of experience with certifications for the following reasons:

• Many organizations have the norms and rules for their employee to submit their certificates at the time of joining for verification.
• Without certificate, the employer cannot ensure that the candidate has an experience and the knowledge.
• Certificate shows the grade of candidate’s knowledge and it becomes one of the proofs that the candidate has required skills and knowledge.
• If the candidate has the good knowledge within two years of experience with certification, then the employer chooses that candidate for the hiring position.
• The candidate who has minimum years of experience is charged for minimum salary than the candidate with many years of experience.
• If certificate is not provided by the employee even they have many years of experience then, it may cause some conjunction problems with their existing organization or with current employer...
