Two heads, humeral and ulnar are involved in the flexor carpi ulnaris which are connected by tendinous arch. The flexor carpi muscle is responsible for the movement of little finger of hands and is also present with in the wrist. The injury in the flexor carpi muscle will directly affect the movements of wrist and the little finger of hand.
